This module is a color active matrix LCD module incorporating amorphous silicon TFT (Thin Flat Transistor). It is composed of a color TFT-LCD panel, driver ICs, control circuit, power supply circuit and a back light unit. Graphics and texts can be displayed 1024X3X768 dots on a panel with 262,144 colors by supplying 36 bit data signals(6 bitsX2pixelXRGB), four timing signals, +5V DC supply voltage for TFT-LCD panel driving and supply voltage for back light.
